We finally moved into our 3 BHK villa at KR Villa Park last month. It’s a gated community and feels very secure. The size is good, around 1500 square feet, perfect for us. KR Properties finished the construction on time, which was a relief. The location in Kalapatti is convenient, close to the airport, just a short distance. We liked the internal roads and footpaths they’ve built. Kids play area is decent, our little one enjoys it. The only minor thing is that the road leading to the project can get a bit dusty during dry spells. Overall, it’s a peaceful place to live.

The Coimbatore International Airport being a short distance is also useful for occasional travel.
