I purchased a 1200 sq.ft plot for 19.2 Lakh. The 24x7 security is a definite plus point. The location is reasonably close to PARIPOORNA PRAJNA INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL, which is nearby, and the Whitefield Metro Station is close to the site. KR Buildtech completed KR Abhinava in 2013. The plot size is adequate for my needs. My only concern is the slightly higher price point compared to other plots in nearby areas, but the ready-to-move status and the amenities made it a viable option for me.
