We just moved into our 2 BHK here and are quite happy. The built-up area is a good 1245 Sq.ft, which feels spacious enough for us. Bren Corporation finished this project back in March 2015, so it's a ready-to-move property. The location at Budigere Cross is decent, not too far from work. We liked the swimming pool and the gymnasium facilities a lot. The only small issue is that the road leading to the main street can get a bit congested during peak hou, but it's manageable. Overall, the apartment feels solid and we are settling in well.
