We chose a 1972 Sq.ft plot in KPN Lemon Residency because of its proximity to St. Joseph's Matric. Hr. Sec. School, nearby. The children's play area within the gated community is a big plus for our kids. The project by KPN PromotePvt. Ltd. Is ready to move, which was ideal for us. Having 24x7 water supply and a sewage treatment plant are essential. The price for this size plot reached close to 49 Lakhs. However, the access road to the project from GST Road is quite narrow and can be inconvenient, especially with more vehicles. Also, I wish OC was available.
