We were looking for a ready-to-move flat in Warangal and stumbled upon KP D L Bawan. Being in IT, we need good connectivity, and Hanamkonda is decent. The 3 BHK we saw was 1501 sq.ft, which is a good size for us, plus a guest room. The biggest draw was that it's ready to move, so no waiting. The nearby Warangal Public School and Laxmi Narasimha Hospital are major conveniences, practically zero distance. We did notice the traffic can get a bit heavy on the main road during peak hou, which is a minor concern. Also, open car parking can be an issue if we have guests. But the spacious properties and 24/7 water supply are definite positives.
