We chose Aashrai Residency mainly because it's so close to Warangal Public School, making the morning commute for the kids much easier. The landscaping and tree planting they're doing looks promising for a nice environment. Having 24/7 water supply is a big plus for a family. We haven't seen the exact flat layouts yet since it's under construction, but the overall project plan seems good. The construction is scheduled for October 2027, which gives us enough time. We are a bit concerned about potential traffic congestion on Hanamkonda main road during peak hou, but hopefully, it won't be too bad. The developer, Pabba Mohan, seems to have a decent plan for amenities like water conservation and rain water harvesting.
