The price was around 3.3 Crore, which was manageable for us. The location in Erandwane is good, and the Nal Stop Metro Station is nearby, making commutes easier. Kool Homes has provided essential amenities like power backup and a gymnasium. The landscape garden is a lovely space to relax after a long day at school. The only small concern is that the car parking spots feel a bit cramped, especially for larger vehicles.
