They are close to HCG Hospitals, which is nearby, providing peace of mind. The size of the apartment is quite large, about 2350 Sq.ft. Komal Infrastructure Pvt Ltd delivered a ready-to-move property, which was perfect for my parents to shift in immediately. They have 24X7 water supply and car parking, which are essential. The price point of around 1.48 Cr is on the higher side, but the quality seems good. The Gazebo area is a nice touch for them to relax.
