The price range of 1.46 Crore to 3.1 Crore is substantial, but I want them to have a comfortable home with good facilities like 24X7 Water Supply and 24x7 Security. The project is under construction and expected to finish by December 2028. The inclusion of a Club House and a Mini Theatre adds to the appeal. I did notice the traffic can be a bit heavy getting into this area during peak hou, which is a minor concern.
