The 2 BHK flat is practical for our family of three. The price point, starting from 34.99 Lakh onwards, was within our budget. We appreciate the solid waste management system and the rainwater harvesting, showing good environmental thinking. The only slight concern is the road leading to the main Ambi Road, it could be a bit wider. But for schools and hospitals being so close, it’s worth it.
