The location in Suncity, West Hyderabad, is developing, and we believe it's a good investment for the future. The price point of around 85.25 Lakh for the larger apartment was acceptable for us. The only slight drawback is that the immediate vicinity can get a bit dusty due to ongoing development nearby, but that’s common in growing areas.
