I bought a 1 BHK apartment, 600 sq.ft built-up area, for 15.3 Lakh. It's a ready-to-move project, handed over in January 2015. The key selling points for me were the earthquake-resistant structure and the provision for a cycling and jogging track, which my parents will enjoy. The location off Saputara Nashik road and Boargad Road is accessible. I am still confirming if OC was received, as that's important for my parents. The number of units for sale is limited to 24, which suggests a smaller community feel.
