We liked that it's situated in Pancha Sayar, a relatively quieter area compared to the main city roads. The price of 55.53 Lakh onwards was acceptable. However, I did notice some construction dust around the common areas, which is expected given it's a completed project but still a bit botheome. MK Krishna Projects Pvt Ltd could have managed that better.
