The location is decent, close to SRM Bus Terminus which is helpful for travel. The amenities like landscaping and solid waste management are well handled by KKR BuildeI appreciate the 24X7 water supply. The overall environment feels peaceful. One minor issue is the parking area, it can be a bit cramped when many residents park their caHowever, it's a gated community and feels quite secure.

We just moved into KKR Kandy in Arumbakkam and are loving it so far. The 1632 sq.ft 3 BHK flat is quite spacious for us and our toddler. Having Bharathi Vidhya Mandir School so close by is a huge relief for school runs. The children's play area is also a nice touch, our son uses it daily. The gated community aspect makes us feel secure. We did notice that traffic on the main road can get a bit heavy during peak hou, but it's manageable.
