As a government employee, I value stability and timely delivery, and SRM Buildehad a good track record. This property was completed in February 2013 and was ready for occupancy. The location is decent, with Bharathi Vidhya Mandir School nearby, which is perfect for our children. Rainwater harvesting is a nice eco-friendly feature. Overall, a good investment for the family.

The project has basic security, and it's ready to move in. The location is okay, not too far from amenities. However, the traffic on the main roads around Arumbakkam can be quite heavy during peak hou, making travel a bit frustrating sometimes. SRM Buildehave provided basic amenities, but I wish the common areas were a bit more maintained. Still, it's a decent place for a start.
