The location in Ramavarappadu is quite convenient as Sri Chaitanya school and Sri Lakshmi Hospitals are nearby, making the area very accessible. Kingston Infra Properties is providing 24X7 water supply which is a huge requirement for me. My only concern is that the area is still developing, so there is quite a bit of dust and construction noise during the day. However, looking at the long term, this feels like a solid move. I am happy with the layout and the proximity to the main highway junction.
