Continental Hospitals is also nearby, which gives us peace of mind. We bought a 3 BHK, which has 1292 sq.ft of saleable area, giving the children enough room to play. Storm water drains are included, which is good for the monsoon season here. The only slight issue is the traffic during peak houon the main road to reach the colony.
