The proximity to Synergy Supepeciality Hospital is reassuring. We also liked that the Raiya Tele Exchange BRTS Stop is a short distance, making public transport accessible. The overall build quality appeagood. My only reservation is about the parking situation, which seems a bit congested for larger vehicles.
