Finally found a place in Manor after relocating. Khushi Aangan seemed like a good option. I booked a 1 BHK, the carpet area is around 535 Sq.ft which is enough for me. Being ready to move was a big plus. The gymnasium and jogging track are decent facilities to have. The location on Velgaon Road is alright, though traffic can be a bit much during peak hougetting into the main city. Overall, the Khushi Groups project feels solid. I am still settling in but the apartment itself is comfortable. The entrance lobby looks nice and it is Vastu compliant which was important to my family.

The project was completed some time ago, so it's ready to move in. Having a gymnasium and a jogging track is good for unwinding after work. The 24x7 CCTV surveillance gives a sense of security. The entrance lobby is well-maintained. One thing I've noticed is that during monsoon, the area around Velgaon Road can get waterlogged, which is a bit inconvenient. Still, the Khushi Groups project is generally well-managed.
