I liked the idea of the Creative Graffiti Wall & Play Court for future family. The location is developing, and it's close to Delhi Public School Pune, which is a plus. The project is under construction, with completion expected in December 2026. The parking situation seems a bit tight in the initial plans, which might be an issue later. Elated Housing Llp seems to be a reputable developer, and I am hoping for a smooth buying experience.
