    This is my fit home purchase, and I chose Khurinji Gloxinia. I got a 2 BHK apartment which has a built-up area of 1050 square feet. The location in Sholinganallur on Dr Kalaignar Karunanidhi Salai is good, especially being close to Narayana E-Techno School. The price for my apartment was around 70 Lakhs. I liked that it is a ready-to-move property, so I could move in right away. The amenities provided, like a children's play area and 24x7 CCTV surveillance, were important factofor me. The only downside is that the OC was not available, which made me a bit hesitant initially. However, Khurinji Homes seems to have a decent track record.
