This is my very fit property purchase, and I chose Khan Manzil in Shaikpet, West Hyderabad. I opted for a 2 BHK flat which has a built-up area of 1280 Sq.ft. The starting price was around 55.04 Lakh. A key reason for choosing this project by Khan Constructions Hyderabad was that it's ready to move in, so I don't have to wait for construction. The amenities like Gated Community, Lift(s), and 24x7 Security are important for a fit-time buyer like me. The Peddamma Gudi Metro Station is nearby, which is convenient for travel. However, the approach road to the project could be better; it's a bit narrow for about 200 metewhich can be tricky sometimes, especially during peak times.
