I chose this project because it is ready to move in, and I needed a place quickly. The location in Mhasrul Gaon is decent, with the Khanderao Mandir Ozar Bus Stop only a short distance, making travel accessible. Khairnar Properties included good environmental features like landscaping and tree planting, which I appreciate. The closed car parking is also a definite plus for security. While the flat itself is nice, the road leading to the main highway could be a bit better maintained; it's a bit bumpy sometimes. But overall, it’s a good value.
