    We decided on KGISL Platina for our family because of its proximity to good schools and amenities. Our 3.5 BHK apartment has ample space for our growing kids. The project by KGISL Technologies and Infrastructure Pvt Ltd offea lot for families, including a dedicated kids' play area and a swimming pool. The KV Matriculation Higher Secondary School being right next door was a major deciding factor. We also appreciate the sustainable sewage treatment plant and the RO system for safe drinking water. The built-up area for our configuration is quite generous, offering comfortable living. The only minor issue we faced was initial dust from ongoing landscaping work, but that has settled down now. The jogging track is also a great facility for early morning walks.

We got the 950 square feet apartment which feels spacious enough for us. The amenities like the swimming pool and gymnasium are well-maintained and we use them often. Having Prozone Mall just 100 meteaway is super convenient for shopping and movies. The only thing is the traffic on the main road can get a bit heavy during peak hou, but it's manageable. Overall, it's a nice place for young professionals.
