It has a built-up area of 1185 square feet, which gives us plenty of space. The price range of 59.25 Lakh was at the higher end of our budget, but we felt the quality and location justified it. Being in Saravanampatty, it’s close to the CHIL SEZ IT Park, which is convenient. The project by KGISL Technologies and Infrastructure Pvt Ltd offea gymnasium and a swimming pool, which we are looking forward to using. The only downside is that the construction dust from ongoing work nearby is a bit much sometimes. Overall, it feels like a good decision.
