The biggest draw was the proximity to Poorna Vikasa Vidyalaya school, which is just a 3-minute drive. This makes school runs much easier. The project is ready to move, having been completed in December 2019. JP Nagar is a well-developed area, and having the Konanakunte Cross Metro Station a short distance is a bonus for commuting. The prices between 33 Lakh and 48.35 Lakh felt fair for the location and size. We are happy with the decision so far.
