I looked at the 2 BHK options, with built-up areas from 1100 to 1400 square feet. The price was around 1.2 Cr. The amenities like the amphitheater and sun deck are nice for relaxation. The availability of 100% power backup is crucial. However, the project was completed back in December 2011, and I'm a bit concerned about the long-term maintenance and upkeep. The proximity to Rainbow Children's Hospitals is a comfort, though it's nearby.
