I needed a place that was ready to move and reasonably priced. Skanda Sukriti's 2 BHK, at 1315 square feet built-up area, seemed like a good fit. The price was around 63 Lakh. The location in Kadubeesanahalli is close enough to the main road, but the narrow lane leading to it can be a bit inconvenient sometimes. The gymnasium is a definite plus for my fitness routine. The 24x7 security provides peace of mind. While the project was completed in December 2011, the general upkeep appeafine. The multipurpose room is a useful amenity to have. Overall, it serves my purpose well.

The cycling and jogging track is something my husband uses regularly. The price was within our budget, around 75 Lakh. The only slight downside is the distance to Marathahalli for shopping, nearby. But generally, the amenities are good.
