We chose Keshavam City 4 primarily because of its location. It's fantastic that School of Scholaand SHALINITAI MEGHE HOSPITAL AND RESEARCH CENTER WANADONGARI are right next door, almost nearby. This makes dropping off and picking up the kids so much easier. We bought a 1285 Sq.ft plot. The project has internal roads and footpaths, which is good for walking around. We also looked at the landscaping plans. The price for the plot was within our budget. The only downside is that Hingna Road can get quite busy, so traffic might be an issue during peak houBut the convenience for schools is unbeatable.
