This is my fit flat purchase, and I chose Kent Hail Garden in Kaloor. I opted for a 2 BHK which is 1183 square feet. The price was around 82.3 Lakh, which fit my budget for a fit-time buyer. It's great that it was ready to move in when I bought it. The location behind Nehru Stadium is good, and it’s not too far from the JLN Stadium Metro Station. I really like the landscape garden area, it’s very peaceful. The developer, Kent Constructions Pvt. Ltd., delivered the project quite some time ago, back in 2010. I haven't faced any major issues so far, but the parking space can be a bit congested sometimes.
