The 4 BHK apartment is a generous 2500 sq.ft., offering much more space than our previous rental. The landscaping and tree planting around the complex give it a pleasant feel. We also like the convenience of the lift(s) and the 24x7 water supply. The price starting from 1.66 Crore was a stretch, but we felt the investment was worth it given the location and amenities. Kent Constructions Pvt. Ltd. Has a reputation we relied on. The only slight concern is the dust from ongoing construction nearby, but we are hopeful that will subside.
