The apartment is a 3 BHK with 1390 square feet of built-up area, giving us enough room. My children love the children's play area and the cycling and jogging tracks. The swimming pool is also a big hit. Travancore Buildeseem to have put thought into family needs. The price was 83 Lakhs onwards. The only slight issue is that sometimes the roads around Vyttila can get busy, especially during peak hou, which makes short trips take a bit longer than expected. Overall, we are happy here.
