We liked that it's ready to move, which saved us a lot of hassle. Getting onto National Highway 65 is quite easy from here, so my commute to the office in Gachibowli is manageable, about a 30-minute drive. The only small issue is that the road leading to the complex can get a bit busy during peak hou, causing minor traffic delays. Power backup is a good feature to have, especially with Hyderabad's unpredictable weather.
