Being ready to move in 2015 was a huge advantage, and I appreciated that the developer, Kedia Homes, had a good track record. The waiting lounge is a nice touch when I have visitoThe proximity to Shalby Hospital, literally nearby, gives me peace of mind. The only thing I sometimes notice is the traffic noise filtering in, especially during peak hou, but I am getting used to it. It’s a decent place for a single peon.

My only small issue is that the finishing work in some cornecould have been a bit better, but overall it's a comfortable place to live. The price was within our initial budget as well.
