Being ready to move in 2015 was a huge advantage, and I appreciated that the developer, Kedia Homes, had a good track record. The waiting lounge is a nice touch when I have visitoThe proximity to Shalby Hospital, literally nearby, gives me peace of mind. The only thing I sometimes notice is the traffic noise filtering in, especially during peak hou, but I am getting used to it. It’s a decent place for a single peon.

We were looking for something ready to move and this fit the bill perfectly. The location in Vaishali Nagar is convenient for my commute to the IT park, only taking about 20 minutes. The swimming pool and gymnasium are great amenities for unwinding after work. My only small issue is that the finishing work in some cornecould have been a bit better, but overall it's a comfortable place to live. The price was within our initial budget as well.
