The only thing is that during peak hou, the traffic on the main road can be a bit slow. Other than that, the Kedar Associates Pune team seems professional and the handover process was smooth. While the apartment itself is nice, the approach road to the project could be better maintained; it’s a bit narrow and uneven in patches. We are hoping they will improve it soon.
