I chose Kamshet Pride for my new apartment because it is ready to move. I selected a 1 BHK with a carpet area of 480 square feet. It’s a good size for me living alone. The developer, Kamshet Pride, has included essential amenities like electrical meter rooms and closed car parking. The location in Kamshet, Pune is developing, and I'm hoping the area improves with more shops and facilities soon. My main concern right now is the traffic noise from the nearby highway, especially during peak houIt can be quite loud sometimes. However, the landscaping and tree planting around the complex does add a nice touch and helps a bit with the dust.
