It’s a ready to move property, so we could inspect it thoroughly. The KCee Properties team was helpful during our visits. The area in Thiruvanmiyur is decent and has essential facilities nearby like the Thiruvanmiyur Bus Stop for easy commuting. Receiving the Occupancy Certificate gave us a lot of confidence about the legal aspects. We do feel the rooms are a bit on the smaller side, especially the secondary bedroom, but it’s manageable for now. Overall, it meets our basic needs.
