I just moved into Kasturi Epitome Phase II and I am really happy with my decision. The apartment is a spacious 1309 sq.ft 4 BHK, which gives me plenty of room for my home office setup. The smart suite technology is a nice touch, makes things convenient. Having only two apartments per floor means it's quite peaceful. The location in Pimpri Chinchwad, Wakad is great, very close to Bhumkar Chowk. The only minor issue is that the finishing work in some areas could have been a bit better, but overall it's a good place. The swimming pool and landscaping are also well done.
