Finally bought my fit flat at Karuna Fortuna! It is ready to move which was a big plus for me. I got a 2 BHK with 1150 square feet built up area. The price was around 34.5 Lakh, which felt manageable for a fit-time buyer. The location in Kankanady, near Pumpwell Circle, is quite convenient. It's close to the Indiana Hospital and St Theresa's school, both just nearby. The amenities like the children's play area and gymnasium are good. I am a little worried about the traffic noise from Pumpwell Circle sometimes, but it’s not too bad inside the apartment. Overall, I think it’s a decent start for me.
