Settling into our new 2 BHK in Kansas County has been a pleasant experience. The apartment size of 1215 Sq.ft is more than adequate for us now that the children have moved out. The landscaping and tree planting give a nice, calm environment. Having a spa, sauna, and steam facility is a luxury I didn't expect at this price point of 26.73 Lakh onwards. The 24x7 water supply is reliable, and the security cabin provides peace of mind. The proximity to Karnavati Mega Mall, nearby, is very convenient for shopping and entertainment. My only minor issue is that the parking area feels a bit cramped, especially if you have a larger vehicle. But overall, it's a peaceful place to live.
