The pricing felt a little high, starting from 92.04 Lakh, but the amenities like the free EV charging for all flats and the solar power for common areas are really good. The location in Manchirevula is developing nicely, close to schools like Pallavi International which is nearby. We liked the earthquake-resistant structure and the wooden flooring in the master bedroom. The gym and swimming pool are also a big draw. Construction is still underway, so we are waiting to see the final finish.

Looking for a spacious home, we checked out Kalyan Skyway 9. The 3 BHK apartments are quite large, ranging from 1610 to 2150 square feet. Having the children's play area and a jogging track within the gated community is perfect for our kids. It's also convenient that Rishitha Hospitals is nearby. The Vastu compliant design was a requirement for us. One concern is the dust from the ongoing construction, and the road leading to the project could be better maintained. We are hoping the developer, Kalyan Infra Projects, finishes on time.
