The lift(s) and landscaping are well-maintained. The project completion is April 2026.

We chose Kalki Platinum Tower primarily because of its proximity to Pathways School Noida, which is literally nearby. This is a huge relief for us with two young children. The 3 BHK builder flooare a good size, around 1600 square feet, providing enough room for everyone. They have a children's play area, which the kids love spending time in. The 24x7 water supply is also a definite plus. While the location is great for schools, the traffic on Maharishi Ashram Road can get a bit heavy during peak hou, especially near the DND flyover. We are still waiting for the Occupancy Certificate, which is a bit concerning.
