    We bought our 4 BHK apartment in Capital 107, located in Sector 107, Noida. The built-up area is 1874 sq.ft, which gives us plenty of room for our growing family. The price was at the higher end, around 93 Lakhs, but we felt it was worth it for the space. Having Yatharth Super Speciality Hospital nearby provides peace of mind. The children's play area is a big hit with our kids. The 24x7 CCTV surveillance offea sense of security. The only downside we've noticed is the dust and noise from ongoing development in nearby secto, which can be quite botheome at times. The entrance lobby is quite grand though.
