The location in Talegaon Dabhade is quieter than the main city, and the Talegaon Chakan Road offegood access. We appreciate the landscaped arena where we can relax. The price was around 35 lakhs, which felt reasonable for a ready-to-move-in flat from Kalbhor Group Of Company. One minor drawback is the traffic on Talegaon Chakan Road during peak hou, which can make commuting a bit slow. However, the building itself is well-maintained and feels secure with the fire fighting system.
