I was looking for my fit independent apartment and Kalaje Swapnashilp caught my eye. I chose a 1 BHK with a carpet area of 412 Sq.ft. The price of 22 Lakhs was perfect for my budget. It’s ready to move in, which was a big plus as I didn't want to wait. The location in Pimpri Chinchwad, Alandi is okay, it’s close to Alankapuram Road. They have basic amenities like lifts and car parking, which are important. My biggest concern is the noise from the nearby main roads, especially during the day. The carpet area is adequate, but the rooms feel a little compact. Still, for a fit home, it’s a decent option from Kalaje Associates.

We finally decided to buy our own place and chose Kalaje Swapnashilp. Moving from a rented flat, we needed more space, so we opted for a 2 BHK with a carpet area of about 492 Sq.ft. It feels much larger than our current rental. The price of around 30 Lakhs was manageable for us, especially since it is ready to move in. Having a school like RKL Galaxy International School nearby is a huge advantage for our kids. The construction quality looks solid, and we liked the included amenities like garbage disposal and landscaping. The only downside is that Alandi Road can get quite busy during peak hou, so commuting might be a bit of a challenge.
