We are considering the 3 BHK, which ranges from 1310 square feet up to 1824 square feet. The price is a bit high, touching 85 Lakhs for the larger ones, but the space seems worth it for our growing family. The developer, 360 Real Estate Ventures, is offering things like a children's play area and ample lighting in common areas, which is great for safety. We've seen the plans for landscaping and tree planting, and it looks like a pleasant environment. The completion is still some yeaaway, May 2030, so we have time.

We also saw plans for a terrace garden with park seating, which sounds lovely for evenings. The location near Manish Nagar DPF Road is decent. Our main concern is the construction status; it's under construction and not expected to finish until May 2030. We hope they maintain quality throughout this long period.

Also, the completion date of May 2030 feels quite far off, and there's no OC received yet. Still, the rainwater harvesting and water conservation features are impressive.

However, the completion date is quite far out, May 2030, and OC status is not yet available, which are points to consider. The seismic-resistant design is a good safety feature.
