The location on Kharar-Landran Road is developing nicely. Getting here from Chandigarh is easy. The developer, KSB Group, seems reliable. I liked the children's play area; it's good to know there's space for kids. The price was within my budget, around 35 Lakhs. Everything seems to be in order for a ready to move property.
