The price of 57.51 Lakh onwards was manageable for us, and the fact that it's ready to move meant we could settle in quickly. We really liked the children's play area and the landscaping. Being close to Gillco International School, which is nearby, is a dream for us as parents. The developer, Gillco Group, seems reliable. The only downside we noticed is that the construction dust from nearby ongoing developments can be a bit irritating sometimes, but we are hoping that will subside.
