We purchased a 2 BHK flat in K Raheja Sterling Tower 5. The carpet area is 702 sq.ft, which feels adequate for our needs. The project is under construction and scheduled for completion in December 2026. K Raheja Corp seems to be a reliable developer. We were drawn to the amenities like the amphitheater and the skating rink, which my kids will enjoy. The location near Dorabajee Mall is also a plus for shopping and dining. The price point of 95.0 Lakhs is on the higher side, but we anticipate good appreciation in this area. The only downside is the dust and noise from ongoing construction, which is expected but a bit botheome currently. Overall, it seems like a good investment for the future.

This is my very fit property purchase, and I've chosen K Raheja Sterling Tower 5. I’m buying a 2 BHK flat which has a carpet area of 702 sq.ft. The price is 95.0 Lakhs. The location in NIBM Annex Mohammadwadi is good because it's close to Dorabajee Mall and also has The Lexicon School and Sahyadri Super Speciality Hospital very near. K Raheja Corp is the developer, and the project completion is expected in December 2026. I really like the idea of the mini theatre and the skating rink for future entertainment. The only thing I am a bit worried about is the narrow lane access to the project, which might be difficult for larger vehicles or during heavy rain. Otherwise, the overall planning seems solid for a new buyer like me.
