The price of 34.87 Lakh was quite reasonable for a ready-to-move-in option in Pune. The 24x7 water supply is a crucial amenity for someone like me. The location in Jarande Nagar, NIBM Annex Mohammadwadi, is relatively quiet compared to the main city areas. I appreciate the efforts put into landscaping and tree planting, which adds a pleasant touch. My only minor concern is the distance to the Ghule Nagar Bus Stop, which is nearby, making public transport a bit inconvenient. Otherwise, it's a peaceful place.

We were looking for something ready to move and Avdhoot Residency fit the bill. The 1 BHK flat is 464 square feet carpet area, which felt decent for starting out. It's pretty close to the VIBGYOR High school, which is convenient for us even though we don't have kids yet. The price point of 34.87 Lakh onwards was also within our budget. The landscaping and tree planting looks nice when you enter the complex. Parking is open, which is okay for us as we only have one car right now. We haven't faced any major issues since moving in a couple of months ago. The 24x7 water supply is definitely a plus.

The flat itself is a 1 BHK with 464 square feet carpet area. While the space is adequate for us as a small family, I do wish the rooms were a bit larger for the price of 34.87 Lakh. Also, the OC received date is not available, which made us a little hesitant, but since it is ready to move and completed in October 2022, we proceeded. The sewage treatment plant is a good feature for the community. We also like the open parking, even though it can get full quickly.
